Sunken Dreams Christmas Bash
Dear All,
Now that the shops have started selling childrens selection boxes and tree decorations, the time has come for us to book the Inaugural Sharkstooth & Sunken Dreams Christmas Dinner.
It will take place on Sunday 13th December 2009 at the Hen & Chicken, where I have booked a table for 5pm. There is a three course set menu to choose from, at a cost of £19.95 per person.

Roasted Pumpkin and Chestnut Soup served with Crusty Baguette & Butter
Pressed Ham & Parsley Terrine, Homemade Piccalilli & Toasted Baguette
Grilled Flat Cupped Mushrooms with Goats Cheese Rarebit & Spinach Salad
Lightly Spiced Prawn Cocktail. Mango & Chilli Salsa & Fresh Lemon

Traditional Roast Turkey with Apricot and Sage Stuffing, Chipolata Roast Potatoes & Fresh Seasonal Vegetables
Slow Braised Lamb Shank, Roasted Garlic Mash Potatoes, Fresh seasonal Vegetables & Minted Gravy
Grilled Aubergine with Roasted Tomato & Red Pepper Chutney & a Stilton Glaze & Rocket Leaf Salad
Grilled Fillets of Sea Bass with Fennel, Tomato Ratatouille, Buttered New Potatoes & Lemon and Herb Dressing.

After dinner entertainment - SHAVE OUR OCEANS:
As most of us have agreed, Sean is in desperate need of a proper haircut. We have managed to get Sean to reluctantly agree to shave his head for £1000. The money will be split amongst four charities:
Bite Back
Gili Eco Trust ()
Sea Shepherd
The Scuba Trust
Sean however is only agreeing to shave his head if we raise the £1000 quota by the evening, so that's the challenge. Please help us raise the money for these charities that are doing fantastic work for both local communities and the environment.
