G.W.R. "The Longest Open, Cold, Salt Water Scuba Dive'

Declan and Paul Devane are attempting to claim the Guinness World Record for "The Longest Open, Cold, Salt Water Scuba Dive'. This attempt is in memory of Cillian Devane. A beautiful little boy who left us on the 6th Febuary 2009 aged 2yrs. Cillian's dad, Declan, a Senior Lecturer at NUI Galway,and his uncle Paul Devane are planning on spending 40hrs under water (less than 15 degrees C) beginning the 10th October 2009. 100% of all donations and proceeds from the event being divided between two important childrens charities. Please, please, take just one minute to help us help these children and their families. If everyone here was to make a small donation many more children would smile a whole lot more.
